By booking a service with Silent Flavors, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Service Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once:
- You have received a confirmation email from Silent Flavors
- The required deposit or full payment has been processed (depending on the service)
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfers
- PayPal
Deposit Requirements
For certain services, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking:
- Personal Shopping: 25% deposit, balance due on the day of service
- Style Consultation: 50% deposit, balance due on the day of service
- Wardrobe Audit: 25% deposit, balance due on the day of service
- Event Styling: 50% deposit, balance due 7 days before the event
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our stylists, who reserve time specifically for your appointment.

Event Styling Cancellation Terms
Due to the advanced planning required for event styling services, different cancellation terms apply:

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule once at no additional cost, subject to stylist availability.
- 24-48 hours notice: Rescheduling is subject to a £25 rescheduling fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Treated as a cancellation (see cancellation policy) and a new booking will be required.
For event styling services, rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid additional fees.

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/debit card payments: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
The following situations may warrant exceptions to our standard refund policy:
Service Quality Issues
If you believe that the service provided did not meet reasonable professional standards, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up appointment
- Partial refund
- Full refund in exceptional circumstances
All quality concerns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Stylist Cancellation
In the rare event that Silent Flavors needs to cancel your appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- We will attempt to reschedule your appointment with the same stylist or offer an alternative stylist
- If rescheduling is not possible or desired, we will provide a full refund including any deposit
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that serious unexpected events can occur. In cases of documented medical emergencies, bereavement, or other significant extenuating circumstances, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Documentation may be required.
Digital Products and Gift Cards
Digital Products
For any digital products or online styling resources purchased through our website:
- Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been provided
- If you experience technical issues with accessing digital content, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance
Gift Cards
Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the following terms:
- Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided

Silent Flavors reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
